About Resort Land & Zee

At Resort Land & Zee you can stay in a hotel room, a hotel studio, sommerlodge or you can stay with your own accommodation on the spacious campsite.

In Restaurant "Zeeuws Verlangen" you can enjoy regional products, drink & enjoy in beautiful surrounding overlooking the water. Towards the evening the frogs will croak and you can see the sun slowly disappear behind the dunes.

The next morning you wake up to the sound of the birds and a delicious breakfast is waiting for you. In sunny weather you can enjoy it on the terrace by the water, where the languid carp swim past you.

This is such a moment of peace, space & freedom. Enjoy!

Surroundings and Activities

Opposite the hotel is a beautiful dune area where many birds and deer live. Various cycling and walking routes have been set out that lead you along the most special places on the island. Crossing the dunes will take you to the beach where you can go hiking, surfing, sailing, kiting or fishing. The Grevelingenmeer is known for its fascinating underwater world, seals can also be seen here regularly. For culture you can take a day trip to Vlissingen or Middelburg and visit one of the many hystorical monuments, museums or attraction parks. You don't have to look far for fun, the center of Renesse has a versatile nightlife.

Beach

The beach is about 150 meters away!

The dune crossings at beach bar Our Seaside and Beachclub Perry's are accessible for a wheelchair and buggy.

For the dogs

Some general rules apply while walking the dog on the Schouwen-Duiveland beaches. For example, in built-up areas the dog must be on a leash, but outside it is as free as a bird (unless otherwise stated).

On the beach and in the sea dogs are allowed off-leash from October 1 to April 30 (unless otherwise stated). From May 1 to October 1, they are allowed from 7:00-10:00 p.m., the other times only on a leash.

Please note: On the Verklikker beach dogs must be leashed from April 1 to September 15 throughout the day and night because of nesting birds
