Wifi use Resort

These terms apply to the WiFi network of Resort Land en Zee.

By using this service, you automatically agree to the following terms and commit to complying with them.

We do not provide technical support for the use of the network and/or configuring your wireless internet connection. If you are not familiar with computers or computer networks, we advise you to read the manual and help pages of your equipment.

We recommend using antivirus and firewall programs.

The use of the WiFi network is based on a fair use policy. This means that there is no fixed limit on the amount of data that can be sent and received, other than restrictions imposed by the underlying internet service provider.

Resort Land en Zee cannot guarantee the speed of the internet connection. It will generally be adjusted to the number of guests, so that everyone can normally use internet applications such as email (webmail) and visiting websites.

Therefore, broadband applications (such as video and voice) may not work or may not work optimally.

Resort Land en Zee can intervene if significantly more data traffic is used than the average user.

Privacy

Resort Land and Zee respects your privacy. Resort Land en Zee only stores information about users that is necessary or useful for providing the service and to which Resort Land en Zee may be legally obliged.

Terms of Use

You are required to comply with the letter of the law regarding copyright. You will not upload anything to the internet unless you are certain you own the copyright.

As a user of the WiFi network of Resort Land en Zee, you agree to the following terms:

• It is not allowed to send emails for commercial purposes, such as but not limited to newsletters or other commercial communications, commonly referred to as "spam."
• It is not allowed to send emails to groups of recipients, unless these are recipients you personally know in a private context.
• It is not allowed to engage in activities via the provided internet access that are contrary to good morals, where good morals are meant in the broadest sense of the word.
• It is not allowed to engage in activities via the provided internet access that are contrary to Dutch law.
• It is not allowed to engage in activities via the provided internet access that provoke the commission of crimes and misdemeanors.
• It is not allowed to facilitate or use communication platforms for groups of criminals via the provided internet access.
• It is not allowed to gain access to networks, computers, peripherals, and information that are not intended for public use via the provided internet access.

Resort Land en Zee reserves the right to terminate the agreement with you and remove you from the network for these or other reasons. If you act in violation of the obligations of the agreement or these general terms and conditions, you are personally liable for all resulting damages to Resort Land en Zee.

Liability

You declare that you will not hold Resort Land en Zee responsible for any claims arising from your own activities and commit to informing Resort Land en Zee immediately if you receive any claims resulting from online activities.

This responsibility does not end after you stop using the service. Resort Land en Zee takes no responsibility for the information you post on the internet.

You are solely responsible for the information you post on the internet.

The content and nature of the text and images must not be pornographic, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive as determined by law. You declare that you will never hold Resort Land en Zee responsible for any internet, network, and/or data loss or loss of income due to technical or other failures.

Resort Land en Zee commits to keeping its network up to date to minimize technical or other failures as much as possible.
