Resort Land & Zee is an ideal base for discovering the versatile Schouwen-Duiveland. From the resort you can cycle or walk along dunes, dykes and Zeeland villages.
Hop on your bike and explore the routes along the dunes. Visit nature reserve Plan Tureluur for extraordinary birds, discover the impressive Delta Works, learn about the history of Zeeland at the Flood Museum. For action and fun, the Waterjump at the Brouwersdam is highly recommended. Discover and taste local wines at De Kleine Schorre. The historic town of Zierikzee is also just a short distance away.

Beach
The beach is only about 150 metres from Resort Land & Zee!
The dune crossings at Our Seaside and Beachclub Perry's are also accessible for wheelchairs and buggies.
For the dogs
There are some general rules when walking with your dog on the Schouwen-Duiveland beaches. The dog must be on a lead in built-up areas, but outside those areas it is as free as a bird (unless otherwise indicated).
On the beach and in the sea, dogs are allowed off-lead from 1st October to 30th April (unless otherwise stated). From 1st May to 1st October, this is allowed from 19:00-10:00, outside those times only on a lead.
Bicycle Hire
On Schouwen-Duiveland you cycle through forests, dunes, historic towns and beautiful nature reserves. Unwind and enjoy the beautiful nature and the sea views.
